Wipers, also known as scrapers are included in hydraulic and pneumatic seals for reciprocating movements. The wiper serves an important function of preventing dirt, dust, moisture, or other contaminants from entering the system through the rod, which positively affects the function and lifespan.
Commonly used materials in our wipers are NBR, Polyurethane, and PTFE, often in combination with a steel casing. Wipers are used in various applications such as excavators, agricultural machinery, forestry equipment, and wind turbines, among others.
