As a customer to Sealwell, you can order our products and use our services. In connection with you as a customer using our various services, we process personal data about you. 7.1 Subcontractors
In order to to deliver our extensive product range and various services, for example in customer projects and technical advice, we collaborate with various subcontractors, who can be both suppliers of system support and IT as well as suppliers of products and related services. In such cases, we then enter into an agreement with the subcontractor, a so called data processing agreement, which states that the subcontractor may only process your personal data on our behalf and only in accordance with the purposes and instructions we specify.

Some subcontractors may be established or have part of their operations outside the EU/EEA, in a so- called third country.
